Chris did a straight forward job of troubleshooting a “open ground” problem. They were careful and methodical in their process. They didn’t break anything and their fee was minimal. They answered the phone promptly, set an appointment for the next day, followed up with a confirmation call and arrived on time. They typify the term “professional” when it comes to doing business.
